Led the engineering and product teams to advance Wanda products and support our users and clients. Wanda Health Management (WHM) is a SaaS AI platform helping caregivers remotely monitor and manage their patients through Wanda CareLink app, resulting in better care and fewer hospital readmissions.

As a founding member, I helped architecting Wanda's systems and products, as well as building and growing the team: Put in place processes for software development lifecycle, hired and mentored engineers, designed and implemented the infrastructure and led the development of Wanda products.

- Created and implemented BrightScore’s 401k rating analytical forecast model- Developed the fund replacement prediction model​: an ML model to predict the chance of fund replacement on 401k investment portfolios by creating and using the fund-flow concept- Contributor to BrightScope’s web-based analytics enterprise software (​Beacon​)- Introduced Scoring Models to Beacon​: ​a search tool to match the best 401k plans to the rightfinancial advisors and asset managers

CleverKaav (www.cleverkaav.com) is a data screener and opportunity finder that allows searching and ranking based on multiple weighted criteria.

- Investigated the efficiency of newly-developed composites on mitigating shock waves using shock-tube experiments and FEM simulations- Quantified the heterogeneous nature of lung diseases and its possible application in early diagnosis of emphysema/COPD (in collaboration with UPenn Radiology Department)

- Investigated the performance of polymer-steel and polymer-ceramic composites subjected tohigh strain-rate loadings experimentally and numerically (FEM)- Solved the problem of wave propagation in periodic layered cylinders- Characterized the behavior of concrete under high strain-rate deformations using a Hopkinson Bar setup
