As an HRBP at Saama technologies, my primary responsibility is to ensure a positive work environment for all employees. I work closely with team members and management to help resolve conflicts, improve communication, and facilitate team-building activities. I also support HR operations by planning and implementing HR duties and policy compliance.Additionally, I assist in developing and executing employee development programs to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. In collaboration with the HCM team, I aim to create an inclusive and engaging work culture that promotes innovation, personal growth, and company success.
