General CNC activities: Menu edition, Printer setup, monitoring servers using server manager, Scheduler job Defining and Monitoring. * 4. Handling requests raised by users like Project promotions/demotions, Table/Index generations. * 5. OMW handling, OCM Setup. * 6. FAT Client Setups * 7. Weekly/Monthly Maintenance Tasks. * 8. Quarterly Audit tasks * 9. Troubleshooting Production Support issues. * 10. Handling Security issues (User creation, Termination and providing security on applications, forms etc...) * 11. Working on requests for employees regarding access & profile creation/deletion on Active Directory & Novell * 12. Working on the tickets raised in the Self Service Queue. * 13. CSA for the unresolved queue which includes resolving/routing the bounced tickets for unusual issues. * 14. Providing technical assistance to L1 resolvers.
