Set and executed the strategic agenda of the US upmarket business with 2500 clients, $2B in revenue, and 6000 associates. Part of a team that developed strategic, pricing, and other key business initiatives designed to alter the financial future of the business. My work consisted of:-An overhaul of ADP's Time and Labor business, spanning more than 1000 clients and $200M in revenue. End result of proposal was increased investment, addition of multiple product offerings, and an increase in sales, revenue, and bottom line profitability. Business performance actually matched projections created during initiative.-The creation of a Go-Forward strategy for Health and Wellness branch of business, which included developing pricing and product strategies for new and existing products, re-designing business structure in order to meet financial targets of C-Suite leaders, and driving substantial growth in select markets.-Driving annual strategic planning cycles for National Accounts, which includes aligning on the key priorities for the business unit, creating future financial projections for business, and guiding overall direction of business over the next 5 years

Currently lead one of the largest private consulting teams at a Fortune 50 retailer. Role mainly revolves around management consulting in partnership with the retailer's Merchandising branch. Deal primarily with product placement strategies, but also work in partnership with various cross-functional teams within the business Implementation of my team's work has lead to a variety of benefits for our client, including a rise in profits, product strategies previously not used by the retailer, and an incorporation of data analytics within the Merchandising branch's day-to-day activities.As the leader of the team, I aim to continue working with our clients in order to create different product strategies, who's adoption will further optimize profits.

Internship was a great opportunity to lead, learn, and to adapt. Spent majority of time in the company of Advanced Traders and Brokers Sector, while also spending large amounts of time underneath the tutelage of the Investment Strategy team for high profile clients. Created case study directed toward the managers of Active Traders and Brokers giving the layabout of Netflix's business model and suggested the company as a "Buy" for a client. Was commended for numerous transactions in direct communication with portfolio owners.
