Communications Consultant overseeing internal communications for Collections & Recoveries department across Barclays and Barclaycard. I was brought in to advise upon and implement new initiatives aimed at improving colleague communications and engagement across the area. At the time the business was going through a Lean and Agile transformation and my role was to ensure colleagues understood and contributed to the changes happening within the area. I also led and delivered a project that enabled colleagues to capture, feed back upon and discuss process improvement ideas and any departmental issues. Thus improving colleague engagement and helping the business deliver a more Agile and efficient working environment .
