Responsibilities:▪Assist HSE manager in making and Implementation of Company’s HSE Policy.▪Risk assessment and safe job procedure for the project.▪Safety Orientation and training of New employees.▪Inspection of workplace on routine basis to observe all safety rules and regulations.▪Arranging Fire and Safety demonstrations and other training programs▪Coordinate with HSE Manager for HSE requirements and follow up.▪Camps inspection and follow up regarding health and safety issues.▪Accident and incident investigation and reporting.▪Inspecting the work site (Excavation, Backfilling, Compaction etc.) and taking suitable steps to eliminate all the unsafe working conditions and potential hazards and to maintain good housekeeping.▪Implementation of TTCP at live carriage way as per the approved procedure.▪Ensure that daily/weekly safety toolbox talks are given at site.▪Administering appropriate safe work practices / procedures for the project.Color code system implementation monthly / quarterly.▪Promote health and safety within the organization; develop safer and healthier ways of working.▪To comply with Proper Housekeeping, Material Management and PPE Compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Daily safety inspection of site to identify the hazards, unsafe conditions and acts. Ensure that all activities are going on in accordance with the safety procedure and guideline of the company. Ensure that all employees having specific personal protective equipment for all works as required. Report incident accident and unsafe condition. Monitors Toolbox Talk meeting every morning at the site which conducted by job supervisor. Supervise safety activities for the immediately completion of the job and prepaid accomplishment and safety reports. Discover and determine unsafe working condition and initiate corrective action. Inspection of all kind of tools. Routine inspection of safety. Assist facilities in complying with all safety and health regulation and company’s guideline (As per JASARA Standards).Checking of fire extinguisher and grounding of machine connection specially working under overhead lines and near substation. Making awareness on among workers. Design and install different kind of safety sign (i.e. informative directional and other.) Closely monitor scaffolds erection/dismantling work permit require, confine space entries, cranes working/lifting operations, similar hazardous activities and insure that all relevant requirement are complied with Carrying out risk assessments and considering how to reduce these risks. Assist Construction Team in implementing the safety procedure on site Advising on health and safety issue to personnel Conducting Special Tool Box talk r with workers and their representative on critical work-related hazards. Reporting to management on daily basis.
