* Designed, implemented and championed the Net Promoter Score program across all teams within Twilio. Complete from ideation and vetting with C-level executives to execution with the Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Product Management teams. * Designed and launched Twilio’s Customer Advisory Board to establish relationships with Twilio’s top ten 10% strategic customers. * Cultivated passionate customer advocates, such as Nordstrom, The American Red Cross, Coca-Cola and Uber by showcasing our customer’s stories about their usage of Twilio, both in written and video forms.

* First Product Marketing employee, hired to solidify Twilio's solution marketing offering * Created first Solution Playbook/Field Guide to onboard and educate the entire Sales organization, outlining Twilio’s market opportunities, objection handling, and competitive advantages. * Successfully launched Twilio’s first solution offer for Call Centers, resulting in million dollars opportunities.

* Achieved FY09 SharePoint revenue of $96M and 20% YoY growth for Public and Communications Sector, by successfully delivering marketing campaigns and support to the Sales Organization. * Delivered business value demos and received excellent feedback from high-profile customer presentations, which helped close over $20M in SharePoint deals. * Led the Scorecard metric reporting process for the entire US SharePoint team and achieved 114% attainment vs. target for Q3 FY10 through get-to-green initiatives. * Enabled and supported the case study writing process, which allowed customers to share their SharePoint best practices with other potential or existing customers, and therefore accelerate the sales cycle. * Created a Secure Collaboration campaign for all the US sales organization, which will drive at least $50M in revenue during FY10.

* Created the Sub-Saharan Africa market entry strategy and a four year, $7M business plan for Nigeria. * Analyzed trends in international operations according to the market size, national economic environment and business potential. * Defined key metrics and strategy for more than 100 territories in which the company has a presence. * Identified best practices of competing firms and firms with successful international expansion that could be implemented for Sesame Workshop’s International Projects department.

* Launched the cosmetics L’Bel brand in San Francisco, California (first non-Latin American market). Project valued over $5M. * Established target markets, brand benchmarks and pricing strategy for a portfolio of over 100 beauty products. * Forecasted product demand within the portfolio for each three-week campaign according to sales history, consumer trends and previous marketing strategies. * Initiated internet sales and advertising campaign, resulting in a 60% reduction of excess skin care inventory, thereby facilitating the launch of a new line worth over $1M. * Revised and approved layout and text for L’Bel’s 18 annual advertising campaigns and catalogs.
