Ronald W. Aarons, AIA has over 35 years of managing large-scale projects as a principle and in private practice specializing in high-end residential and hospitality projects. Prior to opening his own office, Aarons was manager and Associate Partner for HNTB (a national architectural and engineering firm) for 13 years, establishing the office in the Los Angeles region in the early 80’s and garnering in the 90’s a national reputation in hospitality and conference facility design. In private practice, he was the recipient of the Valley Development Forum for outstanding design for a Boutique Hotel, The Westlake Village Inn.Mr. Aarons has completed directing the architectural services with MBH Architects for the 700 room time-share Newport Coast Villas Resort at Pelican Hills in Newport Beach, California.Aarons Architects has recently completed a 35 million dollar renovation of a 260 key Marriott previously known as the LAX Plaza in Culver City California. The grand opening is Spring 2008.
