During this period I had the opportunity to be part of successful launched for VW Golf, Audi A3 and also for special programs as supplier plant change and take over operation after Keiper disruption (02 OEMs impacted on same time)

In charge of Program Management and Quality for Seating Operations in South America. Working with Magna Argentina Sites on JIT, Welding, Trim and Foam parts production for various customers as Ford, VW, Renault, Nissan and others.

Engineering, quality and manufacturing Consulting in a factory of Trailers and Motorhomes located in Jaragua do Sul – SC. Responsible for identifying manufacturing process improvements (jigs, rebalancing activities, properly allocating resources, scrap reduction). In addition, working actively on the implementation of an engineering and quality department, hiring new employees, training, procedures, work instruction forms and developing quality checklists based on the best practices in the automotive sector, in order to reduce customer complaint rates.

Performing all tasks of planning, execution and control in accordance with the methodology of the PMBOK, and its main activities: feasibility analysis, potential competitors, SWOT analysis, brand positioning and product definition, scope change management, creation and monitoring schedule, cost management and risk management team since its definition, skills analysis and feedback during the project; Global Project to develop a Tracking and Blocking Module applied to the automotive industry conducted simultaneously in the U.S. (Engineering), Mexico (Manufacturing) and Brazil (Coordination) as per request of the Brazilian government (Resolution 245/09). Main challenges were constant changes in scope, delivery dates and milestones, communication problems (between client and development team) and quality management through the scenario above, which were overcome by great effort in the dealings of stakeholders, creation and implementation of procedures, targeted changes in scope and focus of projects in communications (meetings, project status reports, presentations to the board).

* Responsible for the development of wiring harnesses for a new vehicle based on all standards and procedures required by the client; * Monitoring from the digital modeling to assembling the final product on the vehicle; * Participation in the preparation of APQP, DVP & R, D & PFMEA, Prototype Build Plan, Release of Drawings and Specifications, Pre Launch Plan, Operator Training, Definition of Packaging, Process Validation and Product Ramp-up of production during all stages of project ; * Monitoring the development of minor modifications requested by the customer or manufacturing, wiring harnesses in vehicles Ford KA MY09, Ranger, Troller, Land Rover, Fiat Engines.

Project manager on Diesel engines applications into trucks and buses to many markets (Brazil, Chile, Colombia, United States, Turkey, Australia and South of Africa), in charge for the management of entire application team in an multifunctional structure, from technical support, new parts development and application validation thru DVP. Performing all management tasks as planning , controlling and execution according to all PMBok guidelines. Doing engineering costs estimates, timing and scope definition, product assumptions, all of them to support business case preparation. As main results during this 3 years, I could highlight the creation of several procedures and templates to help all project managers to identify and communicate properly the project scope, manage costs and evaluate risks during all project phases (Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and controlling and also closing)
