* Directed day-to-day operations including direct supervision of a staff of 5, managed the procurement of down-hole equipment, coordinated export from the US and import into Venezuela. * Translated operating and assembly manuals for down-hole tools from English to Spanish.

* Managed SET liner installation projects from initiation through the closing phase. Developed project strategies, priorities and workflow assignments. * Installed expandable liners in the North Sea, Mexico, Deep Water Gulf of Mexico, and U.S. domestic land locations. * Participated in over 90 SET installations worldwide. * Developed and improved SET installation processes, procedures and risk assessments. * Ensured safety on all projects; confirmed the completion of all pre-job Job Safety Analysis forms and analyzed all steps of an installation procedure to address possible safety issues.
