* Provide strategic advice to Executive Team members and senior management on a wide range of people and organisation issues. * Key accountabilities include * System design and implementation for: * Organisational Effectiveness * Personal Effectiveness * Talent Acquisition and on boarding * Talent Identification and development * Implementation of the Yarra Trams Leadership Framework (Based on Requisite Organization model), including: * Program coordination * Design and delivery of programs to increase managerial capability * Framework induction facilitation * Ongoing coaching and advice for managers in framework application and 'workout * Advice, and monitoring in organisational restructures and system design

* Upon successful award of the Melbourne Metropolitan Tram network, role adjusted to focus on the mobilisation and migration of the franchise. * Key accountabilities included: * Management of the Human Resources transition team/stream * Successful and seamless transition and integration of over 2000 employees from 4 different employers to a single entity * Consultation with recognised trade unions to ensure no industrial unrest through the transition * Implementation of transition plan, including employee franchise induction * Coordination of all employee communications to ensure an integrated and comprehensive approach * Due diligence to identify, quantify and mitigate people related risks * Offers of employment and payroll mapping for over 2000 employees

* HR lead for the Keolis Downer EDI Rail tender for both the Melbourne Metropolitan Train network and Melbourne Metropolitan Tram network. * Key accountabilities included: * Management of the Human Resources tender stream/team * Development of a vertically and horizontally integrated 15 year Human Resources strategy and associated deployment plan * Consultation with recognised trade unions in order to manage relationship and best position KDR Victoria for success * Financial forecasting of labour costs for 10 years, including modeling of changes to labour costs through potential business initiatives * Keolis lead for the Sydney Metro Expression of Interest
