Attending new Business Generation (Marketing Calls), doing Marketing, Sales and Promotion duties for both Corporate and Diplomatic sectors. Complying and following up on subsequent day-today instructions from the management department. Furthermore, I was also required to assist on organising and strategizing Market Research. Drawing up fare calculations, presenting and highlighting fare policy and products, also promoting AF & KL loyalty programs. I was also required to handle after-sales tasks such as; all customer requests with respect to modifications and refunds, seeking solutions to meet customer’s expectations and securing AF & KL’s interest at best. Other duties include; completing quality management and Reports such as; weekly extracts and analyses AFKL NTR Trade/Corporate Reports for forecast/budgets. Day By Day AFKL Gulf Revenue Report, which shows how much revenue the company is making on a daily basis. Also, I was in charge of completing the daily Direct Sales Report (DSR) which shows the accounts of how many tickets and other extra services have been issued either by cash or electronically. I also dealt with promoting promotional seasonal fares for certain destinations by using different advertising methods through social media, face to face communication, and email as well as, by telephone. I also participated in team discussions with AFKL team and managers, about the progress of the company and improvements that need to be made.
