Answered phones and emails professionally. Gave tours to perspective undergraduate and graduate students. Set up weekly MFA gallery exhibitions. Edited and created all graphics while also operating commercial printing and finishing equipment to meet commercial printing, wide format, branded apparel, and promotional product needs. Executed preflight of files for accuracy while simultaneously handing graphic projects from start to finish. Communicated with outside vendors as needed. Sent customer proofs for project approval. * Designed all promotional material for ASU School of Art and the Graduate Hotel artist * partnership. Created SketchUp models of the two gallery spaces on ASU’s main * campus, Harry Wood Gallery and Gallery 100. Created all digital and print materials for * the promotion of ASU School of Art Clubs, events, and partnerships. Brainstormed and * produced all promotional materials, like mister fans, stickers, and tote bags. Acted as a * face for the School of Art community.

Tracked and maintained multiple creative projects through concept, scheduling, approvals, distribution and archiving of assets. Coordinated with external print and logistics partners on all print and promotional materials, ensuring budget, quality standards and timelines were met. Communicated with store employees from over 750 North American stores regarding delivery and setup of in-store signage, addressed any requests for replacements, and requested photos. Managed any design/production deliverables for internal events and rush projects, including hands-on work printing, cutting, and mounting. Worked cross-departmentally to solidify design requests (print and digital); communicated all specs and timelines to creative team and production vendors. Updated copy and design elements in Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) as needed for design projects.
