-Working as independent consultant in digital orthodontics, providing training and treatment planning support to doctors and dental technicians -Conducted over 100 times training programs to numerous doctors , including high volume digital orthodontic service providers , covering the following topics: Biomechanics theory on tooth movements, Case setup for different leading aligner brands worldwide, Remote dental monitoring using AI applications, Optimization of digital workflow

-Proved strong connection with key opinion leaders in orthodontic dentistry and academy among in APAC region, to manage and conduct case study of efficacy, research & specified clinical project launch-Owning in-depth knowledge of providing feasible clinical approach for different orthodontic malocclusion through digital treatment design platform-Triage and resolve technical support issues independently, relating to all aspects of the service & product, like digital tooth movement setup, and any complaint from the end of aligner manufacturing -Solid experienced in work cross-functionally with other functional mangers, to drive innovation, research, customer experience (VOT) and achieve business target based on the regional strategy
