2nd line on-site IT Engineer

• Responsible for booking inbound transport for Deletes, branch to branch movements, Compound to branch movements, Reinfleets, Recalls and third party moves.• Responsible for keeping various spreadsheets up to date such as the Inbound Tracker, B2B Tracker, Reinfleet Tracker, Inbound Invoice Template and Inbound Invoice Spreadsheet.• Responsible for negotiating with vendors for better prices and better prices on certain movements.• Query handling around all of the above movements.• Data entry, filing, reporting and analysis• Maintaining internal and external relationships with the Remarketing team and external vendors or business partners• Reconciliation of banking statements to identify and assign vehicle payments as well maintain clean records on 2150• A point of customer contact, via email and telephone for post-sale queries and rental support• Organisation of defleet, inbound, outbound and Auction transport of vehicles• Complete all daily operational tasks and miscellaneous jobs and ensure deadlines are met• Account managing - overseeing performance of assigned vendors to achieve best results• Managing of spare keys and V5 documents for both inbound new vehicles and outbound sold inventory• Processing invoices for all transportation completed for UK and Ireland and working with UK Logistics to ensure accuracy of costs
