My role is to manage the design and development of highly secure data storage devices from inception to full rate production, providing cutting-edge technology solutions to the defense industry. By leveraging my decade long technical background in the design of high fidelity RF products used in Radar, Electronic Warfare (EW), and government/commercial communication applications, I have a proven track record of leading skilled, cross-functional teams in the design and production of fielded advanced systems that are used in defense for land, air, sea, and space applications and associated programs of record.

Lead synthesizer designer – Created 6 Signal Source CCAs for radio platform that covered 15-23GHz. Created world's smallest ODU (outdoor unit) for ground based telecommunications base stations.

Managed and coordinated the daily operational aspects of projects and served as the liaison between the project team, planning, and line management to present and exchange information. Formerly Cyterra Corporation. Technical Project Lead for the design and test of compact, low power hand held radar transceiver for government application. Lead Product Line Engineer for hand held production ground penetrating radar currently fielded for military use.

Project Lead of X - Ku band to L band down-converter, and L band to 70 MHz IF fine tuning down-converter. Member of Design Methodology leadership team to develop RF process documents and training for engineers.
