Directed team responsible for IBM Security Verify testing in a hands-on test lead role. The team was responsible for providing functional and integration test coverage using UI and REST API automation. I implemented automated UI, API, and synthetic tests. I assessed test impacts, assigned resources, reviewed automation code deliveries, and reported test status.

Provided test coverage IBM Endpoint Manager for Software Use Analysis and IBM License Metric Tool. I defined test coverage for new features, implemented automated scenarios, provided documentation details, and reviewed documentation updates. I selected the automation framework after investigating alternatives, defined the test automation plan, trained team members, and reported status. As a customer advocate, I tracked issues to verify timely resolution and gathered input for feature enhancements.

Directed global team responsible for integration test coverage for the IBM Service Management product suite. In a hands-on test lead role, I developed test plans to document coverage, resource requirements, and schedules. I coordinated install and configuration of test environments, trained team members, reviewed test scenarios, and reported status. Served as customer advocate where I tracked problem requests, shared best practices for product integrations, and gathered input for feature enhancements.

Led team responsible for testing WebSphere Process Server - Service Object Architecture components in a hands-on test lead role. I developed test plans for each product release, defined test schedules, implemented automated scenarios, reviewed automation code deliveries, trained team members, and reported status.

Implemented WebSphere Process Server UI features, custom J2EE applications, and website content. Provided test coverage for various products including WebSphere Application Server, IBM Small and Medium Business website, and custom banking applications which included implementing automated test scenarios.
