Reporting to Sales & Marketing Senior Manager, current responsibility is to support sales team in achieving target and to develop market. Focus activities include:● Strengthen relationship with distributors & dealers through market visit.● Evaluate & give countermeasure recommendation on distributors' monthly performance.● Improve market share by developing end user loyalty programs.● Draft new product launch plans (including pricing strategy & competitor analysis), and coordinate marketing activities (promo campaign & press release).● Develop & execute sales tools by considering brand position & analyzing competitor's activity. ● Collaborate with factory in maintaining & updating SNI / TKDN certifications, as well as processing claim product return.● Maintain & report promotion budget.● Connect & negotiate contracts with prospective vendors.● Lead & coordinate external events (dealer gathering, factory visit & incentive trip).● Collaborate with sales, logistic, and finance to ensure smooth business process.

● Calculate sales achievements & rebate for customers.● Prepare promotion & commission expenses for vendors and customers.● Execute & monitor sales tools production. ● Maintain database of contacts and vendors.● Monitor invoices processed and paid in timely manner.

● Answer and screen incoming telephone calls.● Manage agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.● Prepare and disseminate presentations, correspondences and memos.● Coordinate & reserve travel arrangements for President Director

● Create & execute lesson plan● Build rapport with students & parents● Develop & facilitate activities to engage students and ensure learning objectives are met.● Monitor student progress.
