I created the communication and employee-engagement strategy for IT Finance at Kaiser Permanente. I did this by partnering closely with the IT CFO to ensure workplace safety, staff readiness, and improved organizational health. This increased employee workplace satisfaction and added value for staff. Additionally, I was responsible for all executive presentation, organizational communication and change management.
