Responsible for daily operation of the Connect ticketing program which includes seven different cities across the country, each with a specialized ticket product. Daily operation includes everything from software startup and maintenance to managing financial accounting for clients.

Filled ticket requests for Walt Disney World compassion programs, travel industry clients, company contractual agreements and select members of the media.

Provided assistance to fellow cast members utilizing our ticketing program and resolving guest recovery problems. Also supported park Duty Manager with special requests and responsible for distribution of hourly park attendance counts and creating daily attendance forecasts to Disney's Animal Kingdom managers assessing area labor needs.

Determine when outsourcing is necessary to meet client deadlines or if additional headcount is required. * Handle day-to-day maintenance issues for clients and work closely with creative, development and executive teams to ensure issue resolution. * Prepared client contracts and documentation including statements of work, change orders, and billing statements.

* Develop project management excellence by driving standards, documentation, communication and consistency with stakeholders to support project milestones and objectives. * Manage costs and investments to align with overall Company strategy and objectives. * Partner with Operating Participants and Vendors to promote dual initiatives that benefit a common goal. * Support and grow Ticketing functionality that advances the Guest and Cast experience and aligns with organizational objectives. * Manage the Annual Pass Monthly Payment Ticketing line of business, including vendor call center and payment processing, online sales and Guest assistance and recovery. * Manage all ticketing Annual Pass change initiatives from a technology perspective. * Ownership of all vendor-hosted online sales stores. * Supported the Cirque du Soleil line of business through Ticketing enhancements, day to day support of configuration concerns, promotional opportunities to generate sales growth.
