* Oversee funding applications throughout the grant cycle including research, proposal development, gift acceptance, gift acknowledgement, billing, reporting, and deadlines * Develop or recommend policies and procedures to support communications, grant requirements, or other development activities * Perform grant-related post-award functions, including budget and expense analysis, monitoring budgets, invoicing, financial reporting, staffing changes, budget adjustments, and grant closeout * Grow prospective donors and supports through identification, cultivation, and solicitation of federal, state, and local funding * Set and guide the strategy for communications, websites, social media, annual reports, public relations messages, policies and procedures, and other collateral materials * Prepare reports for the Board of Directors and participate in Board meetings
