Responsible for developing and executing all sales and marketing strategies and tactics associated with the commercial launch of the Paradigm PCDxTM, a Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS)-based tumor profiling test all solid tumors.

• Develop global diagnostic and intellectual sourcing strategy for new molecular-based assays• Establish and cultivate key industry and academic relationships in the field of molecular diagnostics• Establish process to proactively track and monitor diagnostic landscape for competitive purposes, licensing opportunities and acquisition targets• Provide strategic business and financial analysis surrounding potential new molecular products and acquisition targets

• Developed and launched CardioEvaluatR™, an advanced cardiovascular testing program for high risk cardiovascular patients• Launched novel molecular prognostic assay for breast cancer, Mammostrat™• Launched KRAS mutational analysis • Developed strategic business relationship to drive external sales of Target Now™, a proprietary theranostic assay for late stage cancer patients• Developed key press releases for new products and corporate events• Assisted key leadership in the development of board presentations and required analysis• Assisted and advise outside consultants on the strategic review of our molecular testing portfolio• Functioned as core member of integration team for Caris MPI and Caris Dx subsequent to purchase in January 2009• Responsible for $1M in gross PCA3 sales for 2007-2008
