* Deliver virtual and in-person instructor-led training to new hires and existing employees on Cvent software products, as well as topics including processes and procedures * Partner with L&D leaders and line of business leaders to assess training needs and design training approach * Create and maintain curricula (course outlines instructional presentations, training aids and assessments) * Collaborate with fellow trainers in the development and maintenance of instructional materials as well as delivery of training * Manage operational aspects of training, including but not limited to scheduling, preparing materials, checking technical specs, tracking attendance and trainee performance, providing updates to hiring managers, etc. * Assist with the development of testing and assessment processes and materials for course offerings as well as ongoing product knowledge tests * Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to management and leadership * Contribute to Learning Management System (LMS) with courses, assessments and other training tools Show less
