Responsible for complex quoting ensuring timely renewal of Oracle Support Service Contracts for existing small, medium-sized and large customers and handling any resulting queries that the customers may have about their contracts.• Sell Support Service Contract Renewals for existing Oracle customers and partners• Identify and close potential upselling opportunities• Correctly identify customer requirements and needs • Advise about support service offerings and their benefits • Educate customers on e-business practices and contractual terms & conditions• Respond to customer requests, queries, and complaints• Ensure contracts are correct and related offers sent in a timely manner• Drive automation through the Oracle store and support renewal portal• Interact with multiple departments in Oracle in order to make sure the contracts are aligned to current procedures;

- Contracts management for selling radiology equipment within EMEA, APAC & GC regions (specific contracts creation for distributors, end-users, Key Opinion Leaders, Trade Trials agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, adjustments, updates, renewals, SAP customer accounts, tracking and reporting)- working with sales, marketing and management teams to get the specific approvals; - Due diligence activities (third parties screening through NAVEX)- Working with global regulatory and compliance department for blacklisting checks, for red flags clearance if any resulted from due diligence checks;- Compliance and regulatory activities (getting products certificates: FDA, ISO, CE etc., products registration, letters of authorization)- Service Contracts management- Keeping the operations team informed with regard to the terms and conditions of the contracts so that they can process the orders accordingly (payment terms, Incoterms, discounts, products allowed – preventing the sell of some products which entail responsibility for patient data usage..etc);- Participating in audits;

- Support and supervision of the team activities with focus on meeting the SLA’s;- Weekly checks of orders for data accuracy;- Reporting on work volumes and accuracy of each team member;- Reporting on sales activities/results;- Processes improvements/adjustments;

- Order Management & Customer Service - Handling dealers accounts within EMEA- Orders processing from order input into SAP till delivery of goods and claims resolution if the case- Cooperation with the credit department on Invoicing (Statement of accounts, Billing checks, Credits, Commercial Invoices etc.);- Cooperation with the planning department for stock issues;- Cooperation with the logistics on delivery tracking, warehouse and transportation claims and returns, on preparation of export documentation: Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, legalization at the Chamber of Commerce or at the Embassy etc.- Cooperation with the sales engineers, sales managers, the marketing department for promotions, special price offers; - Cooperation with the legal and regulatory department for the registration of the products in the dealer's country;

- Keeping track of SEAP (national public tenders website) call for tenders in the constructions sector- Checking the compliance of the tender data sheet with the legal provisions in force in the field of public procurement. - Analysis of the qualification and eligibility conditions in the acquisition documentation; - Review and clarify the conditions for participation in the acquisition; - Identification of similar experience contracts and experts needed for the tender;- Preparation of the tender file; - Certified translations of legal, economical, technical documents for tenders - Submission of tenders at the contracting authority;- Follow the tender until award;- Ongoing monitoring of legislative changes on public procurement
