With over 35+ years in the mortgage industry, I like to put it like this. "When it's good, it's really good. When it's bad, it's still good" What I appreciate the most is when past clients and borrowers continue to send you referrals long after their particular transactions has closed.My initial banking career started as a bank teller in 1978. I move to the Bay Area in 1984 and continue my banking career as a teller moving to an in-house loan officer for a large Bay Area federal credit union up until 1985. At that point I started my mortgage origination career with All Coast Financial in Walnut Creek, Ca. Soon after joining 1st. Credential Mortgage in 1988.During the 2007 Mortgage Crisis, I was afforded the opportunity of the position of Business Development for EXP Global Logistics which after some study and research I found the industry was very similar to that of mortgages, in that the principles of brokering was the same the commodity and vocabulary were just different.Specialties: My experience in mortgage brokering and relationship building has provided me with the tools necessary to be successful in both of these endeavors.I've currently added the acquisition of commercial investment multi-unit undervalued properties in good locations potentially providing double digit ROI for my private investors.
