Deputed to Caterpillar India Private Limited Roles & Responsibilities:• Responsible for design/detail of cabin system of all BCP Products which includes various NPI and CPI for regional and global machines.• Working under cabin SME for addressing the domestic CPI issues and support design and modeling activities.• Leading global BCP cabin detailing team and review meetings with global engineers adhering to CAT standards and meeting their timeline commitments.• Create and maintain process mapping for critical projects to track the project status and managing high workload in detailing projects by figuring out the appropriate supplier, who can deliver the quality drawings on-time with economical cost.• Train the resources in cabin detailing team with CAT standards to meet drawing quality and ensuring resources efficiently used in BCP cabin detailing team.• Support the global engineers with PLM issues and helped them to meet their timeline.Key Projects:• SWL Regional Cabin: Supported for FOPS/ROPS Cabin structure in modelling, detailing and PD build.• SSL D3: Supported for Modelling and validation of localized cabin stamping parts (Side panels, roof plate and floorplate).• SWL and Telehandler NPI’s: Handled model and drawing updates in cab structural parts for both simultaneously without compromising timeline.• SSL NPI operator environment: Coordinate with global engineers and completed the PD and Pilot build drawings in narrow timeline for cab structural and weldment assemblies.Additional Responsibilities:• Participated in SWL regional FOPS/ROPS Cabin structure (fitment, quality & endurance) in PD shop.• Participated in SSL D3 localized cabin stamping parts validation (fitment, quality & endurance) in PD shop.Recognitions:• Top drawing quality achiever meeting CAT standards in 2022.• Top performer in commodity wise training.

Roles & Responsibilities:• Worked as a Design Engineer Trainee in Product Development Team. Nature of work is Develop Casting, Sheetmetal and Mold Tool Design & Development. Verification of Product Design to feasibility study of the component for Manufacturing.• Perform Concept and Detail Design of Fluid Supply System for ALL PUMP and MOTOR Project with help of MAGMA software.• ECN, ECR & ECD correction and implementation.• VAVE Implementation Activities.• Reverse engineering – Casting, Pattern & Core Box.Key Projects:• Delivery Casing, Casing, Body, Front Cover and Rear Cover.
