Ltd., Hyderabad, India as ABAP SME & Lead for MBCC project ensuring end-to-end delivery across Multiple Squads (PTP, PTM, RTR, OTC, SCM-EWM & SCM-TM)  Acted as offshore delivery lead for Farmers Insurance project, ensuring end-to-end delivery across four streams (Legacy, ABAP, FICO and BW/BPC) Experienced SAP Implementation Cycle, conducting Functional Analysis (FA) of Business Requirements & map the process with product to define the Solution Strategy to Support the FA.  Led a team of 4 resources, in multiple (3) projects - last one for internal transformation of Finance of the parent organization at USA and two other projects for Zurich Financial Group at USA & UK respectively. In the first project, for Zurich Financial, UK, acted as the offshore resource, to provide technical support for FICO solution of SAP 4.7E as well as SPOC for IFRS SAP interfaces project (Sub project in Zurich) and ABAP Team. In the next project, for Zurich Financial, LA/USA, provided support for their SAP installations, for Billing and reporting purpose, to provide a custom solution specific to Farmers in US region.• Conducted study of business process & detailed analysis to finalize requirement, map such requirements with product, documented functional specification to finalize/implement configuration on GL, SL, AP, AR and COPA. • Further, participated in other functions of the project like qualification/delegation of tasks, create technical design & develop customized segments, based on requirements, while resolving tickets on functional & technical issue and monitoring same, regularly. • For the last in-house project (for principal in USA), attended the Blue print design meetings as well as to capture Data objects from BAA documents, while coordinating with Business process owners to create FS for Data conversion objects in Financial Accounting, Asset management and controlling. Engaged in multiple tasks like - identification of Data objects/fields, finalization of Business & Data validation rules, Data profiling/cleansing/loading as well as Data reconciliation.
