During my time at TFE Hotels (previously Toga Group) I worked at many of the properties managed by the brand. I started in a waitressing role and over time I was transferred to the 5 star property as a porter. From here I was trained as a guest service agent, it was these skills that saw me transferred throughout the group. Guest service agents at the Melbourne based properties often work autonomously for a portion of each shift. There was a great deal of responsibility placed on the GSA role.
