The client was seeking assistance in revamping their KYC & AML applications in order to decrease the time required for a regulator to complete Event Driven Reviews and Periodic Reviews of their customers. I worked with cross-functional teams to successfully complete the digital transformation. I also trained client resources to identify creative solutions that work for both developers & business stakeholders in a reasonable timeframe. I wore the hat of software engineer, solutions engineer & sales engineer as the project required of me.

The client was seeking assistance in building teams that implemented Modern Delivery to support rapid delivery & prototyping. I played the lead support role in the sales pitch of a new client engagement model - which secured a $2.9M deal consisting of at least 15 resource hires over the span of 1 year.
