Invented Zsprosensor, a widely used method to identify inhibitors of protein degradation and anticancer agents in live cells and animals. Developed commercial assays to detect protein-DNA interactions relevant to inflammation, immunity and cancer.

Responsible for a product portfolio to democratize DNA sequencing by improving speed, cost and ease of use of data generation and processing, supporting revenue growth from $500M to $1B. Managed lifecycle, pricing, forecasting, and sales tools for $10M Dell/Genologics alliance, streamlining the deployment of HiSeq2000, the 1st high throughput sequencer. Commercial lead from inception to launch for information systems to perform data processing for sequencers HiSeq2500 (1 genome/day), NextSeq500, (high throughput, benchtop), and HiSeqX (population-scale). Launched ease of use/performance upgrades for software onboard flagship sequencer HiSeq.
