These teams include over 40 staff members providing fast and complex EPIC builds, data conversions, and implementations for many dozens of new or relocated ambulatory care sites per year. This work increases patient access to top quality care and services at UPMC Pinnacle. This team also created a new Community Connect program for provider affiliates to provide the EPIC one-patient, one-chart experience. And, the analytics team has been building population health tools to increase visibility into patient opportunities, streamline patient outreach, and strengthen value-based patient care efforts.
