“Leadership” according to John C. Maxwell “is influence; nothing more, nothing less” My approach to building profitability, sustainability and expansion is simply by being a Leader. To be a Leader you have to be the exemplar. Always build those around you by furthering their own careers. Self empowerment, individual empowerment, and team empowerment is the key to success. The result is what all companies aim for; profitability, sustainability and expansion. A Leader is one with many tools in his or her toolbox and is always ready to learn. I have spent the last ten plus years operating and leading multiple locations in the big box retail setting, to the private clinic and urgent care clinic setting with success. The success I have experienced has been due to finding of strengths in others and unifying our goals, so that the result is growth in profit, strength in its core and a buildable model.
