It was an interesting time to be with this company to say the least.

    I began as a contract copywriter in the creative services department and when I left, after the company was broken up and sold off in chunks to three companies, I was the manager of a department that was doing all the national advertising, co-op advertising, print and collateral, marketing program development, yellow and white pages, brand identity, and just about whatever it takes to make sure your brand looks fantastic as it's dismembered going into a recession. It was something amazing to see and the people all around us were the only reason I could stand it (80 hour weeks were the norm, but we sure did set the world on fire; at the time we were the second largest hospitality company in the world, and the best in my eyes!~) Show less
