After selling GreenPrint to PDI Technologies in March of 2022, Pete led the business unit through integration. He managed its transition to PDI Sustainability Solutions, delivering financial results that exceeded the acquisition targets by over 116% within one year.

GreenPrint, is an environmental technology company, serving brands wanting to make a positive impact through turn-key programs that reduce carbon, plastic, water and energy footprints. The creator and innovator of the Reduced Emissions Program, GreenPrint enables companies to offset their tailpipe emissions on a per transaction basis. Founded by a team of loyalty and rewards program experts, GreenPrint’s sustainability solutions help solve environmental challenges while increasing brand affinity. Today the company reduces emissions on over 1 billion gallons of fuel annually at hundreds of retail locations, for over 100,000 corporate and municipal fleets across 14 countries. GreenPrint has also built relationships with more than 2,000 nonprofits across the world and has created or invested in over 20 certified carbon offset and renewable energy projects on behalf of clients. After merging his company with Cartera Commerce, Pete started and lead the Company's local advertising product, OfferLink. Over 18 months, with his team Pete built the local ad product, signed key partnerships, and hired and trained a 40 person inside sales team enrolled over 3,000 local advertisers.

In 2000, Pete walked away from a successful career at Procter & Gamble to launch Vesdia, a pioneer in card-linked marketing. During the next decade Vesdia became an industry leader in partnership marketing and transaction based advertising running loyalty and marketing programs for large financial institutions, hospitality companies and airlines for clients such as Citibank, American Airlines, United Airlines, and JP Morgan Chase, among others. Along the way, Pete also led Vesdia through multiple rounds of growth funding and spearheaded the acquisition of 4 companies that had collectively raised more than $50 million in venture capital. Ultimately, with Pete still holding a controlling interest, Vesdia was acquired by a private equity firm and then merged with Cartera Commerce in January 2011.
