* Effectively execute the enablement of the product and parts support for OEM products for Canada. * Special bids implementation, handling B2B relationships with Vendor partners and end users * Procuring support and parts to facilitate this responsibility, as well as setting up IBM systems and applications used by technical support teams and technicians * Work with offerings managers to aid with maintenance price setting and development of new offerings * Working with the Technical Support team to resolve challenges that are driving higher than expected support costs to an offerings * Developing service delivery plans, education plans, tracking of historical service performance, and interfacing with other Geo or Global Reps to drive a consistent and effective means to support opportunities in the MVS space.

Responsible for the implementation of the Request Fulfillment processes within the organization for the Alcatel - Lucent account. Ensuring that the Request Fulfillment process is being adhered accordingly and in timely manner.
