• Designing, implementing, visualizing of data analytics and reviewing the results with customers. Tools used included: Lavastorm BRE, QlikView, Tableau, PowerBI and Excel. Performed assurance and consulting services related to IT management and financial reporting. My responsibilities included: data analysis, IT general controls reviews, post implementation systems reviews, ERP application process controls reviews andfinancial reporting process controls reviews.

Worked in accounting department’s payment transaction team. Managed daily payment transactions including booking of transactions, account reconciliation, payment tracking, foreign payments and managing an internal financial service system for personnel. Accounts payable and receivable. Last six months worked in a SAP FI AR-processing project team as an instructor for end users and a connection between developers and end users.

Customer Service & Logistics Assistant. Responsible for customer order & delivery process, i.e. receiving customers' orders and converting those to sales orders, finally confirming the deliveries to customers. This was done using SAP and internal CRM tools. Also took part to integration process after finalized acquisition between Kraft Foods and LU, i.e. daily reporting to Nordic Logistic Executives how the new SAP and CRM systems worked in daily routines and how they should be improved.
