Psychologist and master in social intervention with broad experience in the design, implementation, evaluation and leadership of social, educational and cultural programs and projects, especially with early childhood, parenting guide and communities, in vulnerable sectors, victims of violence, displaced by war, migration/immigration and multicultural environments. I have worked in the formulation of technical documents related with public policies and services, also technical guidelines for the implementation, including qualification, counselling, and professional interdisciplinary development on family and community empowerment.
