I Perform rigorous testing of microbiological IVD kits to ensure quality and accuracy along with executing various assays to validate and verify kit performance. My duty extends to cultivation and maintenance of relevant bacterial cultures essential for testing protocols, skilfully demonstrating aseptic techniques and work within a CL2 cabinet environment. I Conduct regular environmental monitoring of manufacturing lab areas to uphold cleanliness and compliance. I also manage laboratory inventory to ensure proper stock levels and timely procurement of assay materials, testing reagents and additional equipments. In compliance with ISO guidelines, I am proficient in maintaining meticulous document archives, contributing to a robust quality management system. On daily basis I also perform document checks, label checks, and POI inspections for packed IVD kits to guarantee conformity with established standards.
