* Provide high quality teaching and learning across a range of programmes within a Further Education setting, particularly Extended Diploma in Business and also applied Business subjects within a range of Foundation Degrees within the Faculty. * Support the College quality assurance and control procedures * Participate in internal verification and moderation procedures * Participate in appropriate team and committee meetings * Undertake individual or collaborative research and consultancy work agreed by College management to be part of the lecturer’s duties * Contribute to the development and continual improvement of courses, co-ordinating effectively with both staff and students Show less

* Monitor performance progress of students * Deal Accreditation applications for all courses * Communicate with International agents and Recruitment advisor * Attend post exclusion meetings and any meeting chaired by the Director or designate * Monitor attendance of students and taking practical steps to address poor performance * Coordinate the appropriately proceedings for non-attendance; student’s employment; student’s performances * Manage logistics necessary for successful events such as workshops, receptions, and graduation * Carry out administration work like time table design, exam scheduling, and student admissions. * Develop and run short courses and been involved in day to day running of faculty. * Liaison with accreditation bodies like Association of Business executives (ABE), Chartered Institute of marketing (CIM), ICM, ABP, ILM and ACCA for quality control and curriculum development issues.
