• Hire and manage day-to-day Staff, Player, and Financial Operations• Oversee 20 staff members, 15 contracted streamers, 3 academy players, and 7 contracted athletes. • Recruit, draft and negotiate player and streamers contracts• Manage global travel of players to tournaments in South Korea, China, Italy, Argentina, Canada, United States, • Travel to tournaments to manage relationships with our players, sponsors, and other organizations• Develop and manage social media strategies • Manage partner/sponsor relationships: Activision Blizzard, Battlefy, Discord, and Aporia Customs. • Hold weekly meetings with investors and board of directors to make sure quarter goals are set and met
