• Responsibilities includes visiting ships, as assigned and conducting compliance audits for evaluating shipboard compliance with international, flag state and port state regulations (e.g., ISPS Code) as well as Company requirements (e.g., Guest Security) at the behest of the Director, Management Systems.• Aspects reviewed includes shipboard and port facility access control; security-related processes including those aimed at vessel passengers, visitors, crew, and port terminal security interfaces; security documentation and recordkeeping; security-related equipment operations and maintenance; and the security staff qualification and training compliance.• Presents audit results to the appropriate Shipboard personnel. This includes documenting detailed findings. These reports presented to appropriate shipboard, Master and Staff Captain; and shore-side personnel, the Director of Management Systems, the appropriate Brand Security Manager, Director of Fleet Security, and the Ships Manager.• When required assists the Lead Auditor, with Safety Quality and Management System (SQM) audit activities. This includes inspection of workplaces or interviews with shipboard personnel for SQM compliance. Areas reviewed include Guest Services Facilities, Youth Facilities, Marketing and Revenue Facilities, Casino Facilities and specific Sport related activities. Provides written input to SQM audits in the form requested and within timeframes designated by Lead Auditor.• Responsible for arranging travel, including airline, transportation and hotel arrangements all over the world, through the company channels to meet schedule requirements.

• Senior officer on the ship and member of the ship's management team, with overall responsibility for the security and safety infrastructure of the ship, with over 6,200 guests and 2,200 crew members. • Leading investigations of all types of crime, serious security and safety incidents, and working regularly in complete cooperation with local and international authorities around the world. • Project manager for the new ships, implementation of new security systems on the new ships (last project: Royal caribbean - Allure of the Seas ship opening). Planning and monitoring budgets of hundreds of thousands of dollars a year, allocating the budget to the salaries, as well as handling equipping and training. • Managing a team of over 50 workers, including recruiting, professional training in the area of security, safety and customer service, supervising personnel, as well as monitoring performance on an ongoing basis. • Planning various cruise procedures, work plans and continuous improvement in security, safety and customer service. • Managing CCTV Surveillance system onboard the ship including system manager, administrator and trainer. In charge of monitoring the entire CCTV surveillance system including general security, safety, casino gaming and loss prevention in the revenue locations onboard.• During service received several awards for outstanding performance in crime prevention and detection, lifesaving, and company employee of the month.
