Completed an SQA Level 8 Qualification in Software Development at CodeClan. The course encouraged Test Driven Development and Agile Methodology, with a view to using SOLID Principles and RESTful workflows to create tidy, working code.

* Built and tested new and existing applications held in the Scottish Government network, using .Net Core/Framework, SQL Databases, Entity Framework/Core, MSTest2 and Selenium. * Provided system support for existing systems in response to tickets raised through the service desk. Identified and extracted code into re-usable NuGet packages, including an Automated Test framework using Selenium, a package that handles pagination in web apps, and a package that utilises the Repository design pattern. * Responsible for training those who were unfamiliar with how the above packages worked. * Aided in Business Solutions’ transition to the Cloud, which included setting up Virtual Machines for our Development environment.
