Sector Development (Literary Arts)

- Coordinating with liaison officers and other vendors such as the transport company for airport and hotel transfer as well as assisting delegates with requests. - Assisting with general administrative work on event related matters.- Providing logistical support and other additional duties assigned by programming team.

- Standing in as a relief teacher for classes (averaging of 40 students per class) from all levels and conducting lessons as instructed by teacher-in-charge.- Providing occasional after school one-to-one lessons for students who need extra help in their studies, which resulted in a marked improvement in the students’ understanding and performance in the pertaining subject.

- Provided wheelchair assistance to passengers such as the elderly and the physically challenged with any flight-related process within Singapore Changi Airport (arrivals, check-ins, departures as well as flight transfers).- Developed practical knowledge and critical awareness of the varied yet sensitive needs of wheelchair-bound passengers.- Interacted with a diverse range of wheelchair-bound passengers of different nationalities, cultural backgrounds and languages.- Attended to an average of 10 passengers daily, facilitating and allowing every passenger have a smooth transit into their next flight as well as for those who are entering/leaving the country.
