- Maintain and cultivate strong relationships with existing clients.- Provide guidance and support to clients on the utilization of our investment application.- Develop strategies to retain and increase subscriptions and services for revenue growth.- Assist clients in the monthly portfolio balancing process.- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and hold meetings to gather client requirements and optimize application usage.- Organize and host webinars or seminars to expand our market segment.- Handle clients from diverse segments, including pension funds, insurance, foundations, cooperatives and investment managers.- Deliver comprehensive introductions, training, and demonstrations of the company's applications and services to prospective clients.

- Monitor all banking activities in order to detect irregularities- Provide documentation for the purpose of supporting all financial transactions- Maintain required files, reports, and data- Reconcile accounts that fall into receivable records with the sales invoices- Collaborate with the storekeeper regarding stocks available in the store or warehouse.

- Create QA checklist and testing guidelines- Perform risk assesment to avoid any Opreational Loss- Perform tracking, documentation and reporting of the QA result and process improvement

- Arrange the document and make outgoing mail (business mail, permission mail and nota dinas)- Helping for planning personnel (Air Traffic Controller) formation based on workload analysis- Procecing employee's annual leave and sometime helping recruitment process- Manage work programs related to HR such as an event, personnel development and company image- Responsible for preparation and recapitulation of data on all matters related to organizational systems and human resources with compiling the terms of reference, administration, and procurement- Responsible for all administration related to the management of company personnel
