* Activities included: * The sale and organisation of luxury bespoke vacations for independent travellers to Argentina, Brazil, Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands, with a personal sales turnover of approximately £250,000 * Research trips to South America to analyse and evaluate Sunvil Latin America’s current program and identify new destinations, hotels and excursions. * Working with colleagues across Latin America to coordinate all aspects of the luxury bespoke vacations * The creation of a five star Sustainable Tourism program which included supporting projects that assisted the development of local communities

Led on the securing of a strategic partnership worth over £250,000 over 3 years with Aldi which supported a project to educate young people in sustainable agriculture in Kenya and help them set-up their own businesses while accessing new markets. Also created a global cause-related marketing partnership with the innovative snack brand, Hippeas.

Account Management of the multi-million pound global flagship partnership with Mondelez International that aims to create thriving, empowered cocoa communities and a sustainable cocoa supply chain. Leading on cocoa projects in West Africa (Ghana and Cote d'Ivoire) and in Indonesia, as well as identifying new business and further engagement opportunities with Mondelez.

Based in Colombia, this role involved creating, planning and managing all aspects of the global fundraising program for the Alliance for Responsible Mining (ARM) and maximizing partnerships with donors worldwide to make a positive impact on ARM´S development work with miners and their communities throughout Africa, Asia and Latin America. Success in securing new corporate partnerships with recognized global brands such as Microsoft, while leading on multi-faceted partnerships with companies from the luxury jewelery sector and maximizing those relationships to deliver value to our global initiative. Strategic direction of the fundraising program and working with senior level executives on New Initiatives with different organizations (private sector, NGO´s,foundations, government agencies and Multi-laterals) across Latin America, Europe, North America and Africa. Other roles for the organisation included Partnership and Fundraising Manager and Fundraising Intern.

Account managing a portfolio of corporate partnerships that support Plan's development projects across Africa, Asia and Latin America. Also had roles in Support Relations to engage donors further in Plan's work.

Starting a new business in a foreign country was probably one of the biggest challenges I have faced to date, and although Itinerie did not ultimately succeed, the experience was invaluable! Activities included: Creating the business model and outlining the operational processes for Itinerie - a travel company organising luxury vacations in Latin America Setting up relationships and negotiating discounted rates with five ground handlers across South America to co-ordinate our sale offerings. Including visits and pitches to companies in Argentina, Brazil & Chile. Curating the sales offerings including selecting destinations, hotels, transportations and activities for each itinerary in five countries Co-ordinating the formation and development of the Itinerie website with Argentine web site designers through all stages, including: layout of wireframes, design of site, writing all content and selecting photos

Led on strategic private sector partnerships and helped diversify income through new cause-related marketing partnerships (Hawksmoor restaurant), and charity of the year partnerships (St Andrews University). Lead writer on a successful six-figure grant from Comic Relief for a multi-million-pound, multi-stakeholder programme to combat homelessness in Scotland. Supported on the world's largest charity Sleepout Event, Sleep in the Park, securing sponsorship from global firms (CMS), encouraging participation with leading companies (Balfour Beatty), and generating significant gift-in-kind from Capital Radio to promote the event and create awareness on the issue of homelessness across Scotland. Created Account Management systems, partnership development plans and devised marketing and communications collateral.
