Innovative projects management: took part in the definition of the specifications & ran the first French experiment of personal health data sharing with citizens, collaborated with a European consortium to build a patient-driven and data-based innovation methodology, supported collaborative R&D projects (contributed to steering committees, interacted with public sponsors…) Running of the animation strategy of the digital health ecosystem: networking events coordination (ex: pitch session gathering 14 -edge startups in front of 50 VCs and CVCs), sourced startups for corporate innovation projects, evaluated startups for selection committees (for the incubator Silver Innov, for Futur en Seine 2017…), represented Cap Digital at the Paris Region ICT & Health Committee and the French Tech meetings for HealthTech
