I have been performing administrative assistance at Maine Maritime Academy for over 10 years. In my current position as the Faculty Services Coordinator, I assist more than 70 full-time faculty and over 30 adjunct instructors each semester. I provide members of the faculty with orientation information, training, guidance, and support. I work diligently to ensure daily operations run smoothly. My years of experience have developed my minute writing skills, improved my ability to handle multiple tasks, and have taught me ways to make daily clerical tasks easier and faster while still producing excellent results and exceptional customer service.
