Professional experience with innovative manufacturing and technology in the Northern California and west coast region.Development in this position:-Working with and understanding hydraulic flow and components such as pressure gauges, power take-offs, pumps, plugs, switch valves, control valves, actuators, reservoirs, filters, hoses, fittings, etc.-Working with and understanding electrical circuits and components such as power distribution modules, energy management systems, diodes, resistors, switches, antennas, radio systems, circuit breakers, fuses, etc.-Creating interpersonal relationships and collaborating with the quality, manufacturing, design, and sales teams to find efficient and sustainable solutions for problems on the manufacturing floor-Finding, designing, and creating feasible and user-friendly solutions to issues discovered in the current field of vehicles equipped with hydraulic lifts through the use of CAD software and various fabrication techniques-Communicating with both Altec and supplier quality teams across the nation to resolve problems found with units/components on the manufacturing floor-Auditing and analyzing various quality processes such as component installation, welding, painting, hose and wire routing, pre-delivery vehicle inspections, etc.-Leading and participating in multiple "Rapid Continuous Improvement" events driven to focus on specific areas of production, further efficiency in these areas, and promote teamwork and awareness-Issuing quality, safety, and process alerts for problems found in the manufacturing process while simultaneously analyzing root cause and finding long term solutions
