Will be leading the creation and coordination of a comprehensive global digital strategy for the Bible Societies.

Award Winning Innovator: As CEO of Immersion Digital was directly responsible for the design, implementation and global deployment of the award winning app, Glo Bible. Glo was awarded Bible of the Year in 2010; being the first time a digital product won this prestigious award. In the fall of 2011 the USA Today named Glo “Coolest Book App” and in 2012 App Advice named Glo “Best Bible App”. Global Business Experience: Personally prospected partnerships and coordinated the localization and deployment of Glo Bible in Spanish, Portuguese, German, Chinese and Japanese. Effective Community Management: Experience in management of app users community; focusing on user lifecycle management, maximizing of retention, engagement and community virality. Glo reached over 2 million app downloads, with more than 600 thousand active registered users. Successful App Monetization: Implemented successful app monetization strategies, through targeted marketing to the app community, combined with well-designed freemium models.

Innovative Group Centric Social Network: Responsible for the design and deployment of a social network centered on social groups. Its initial deployment targeted Churches, given their organization around ministry groups, small groups and congregation. The proposition was to create for these organizations an engaging relational web presence, augmenting their traditional informational websites.

Pioneer in Enhanced Digital Books: As CEO of Visual Book Productions was responsible for the design and development of the iLumina Bible, published by Tyndale House in 2002. iLumina was the first digital Bible to offer a enhanced rich media experience of the Bible text through videos, virtual tours, maps and photos. In the first 3 months after its launch it sold over 180 thousand copies, and over 600 thousand copies through the life of the product.

Worked as VP of technology for the International Private Banking, Western Hemisphere Division of Citibank, with primary responsibility of being a liaison between the division businesses and the technology areas that served the division. Prior to that, in a 10 year career at Citibank, was responsible for the development of innovative systems including the first desktop based email system which integrated with the online DEC VAX email system.
