Oversaw the small-scale project office of the EU Mission in Kosovo. This involved managing the overall processes for approximately 20 ongoing projects across several units as well as directing the project proposal process for the upcoming budgetary period. Originally hired as an intern reporting to the Project Officer, this role changed once the supervisor and manager left to take up new employment elsewhere.

As Research and Communications Associate with the UN in Kosovo, I worked with a team to initiate and organise new projects, from the idea phase, through design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and dissemination. These tasks required the ability to multi-task efficiently, handle competing priorities in sensitive and challenging situations, and maintain careful attention to detail. Noting a lack of proper reporting mechanisms for the new SDGs, I initiated and produced a report measuring the indicators for transition from MDGs to SDGs in Kosovo. In my role within an inter-agency departments, I worked with UNICEF and UNDP to carry out fieldwork in collaborative design with diverse youth groups. I also collected, analysed, managed, and drafted reports on databases including qualitative and quantitative indicators of development progress in Kosovo. In addition, I met with donors, stakeholders, civil society, and government officials to promote understanding of our initiatives and encourage collaboration.
